> **Pros**: Pros - Well, pretty much everything\!  It takes the GTD approach and applies it to your Inbox in user friendly and powerful ways.  I absolutely love the ability to quickly click a button and add a 'Waiting On' label to an email I've sent, knowing that on the date assigned, it will resurface for me and I can follow up if needs be.

> **Cons**: I can't think of ways to improve it but the developer is always coming up with ways to make it smoother and better and actually does it.  They don't rest on their laurels, sell you a piece of software and then slowly let it grow dated and glitchy.  Any problems, they sort it, and quickly; improvements are made and the whole thing is always updated.

> It has really helped me keep on top of workflows.  Respond to people in a timely matter.  Attach subtasks so that I'm always aware of where things are in a pipeline,  Follow up with people when they are causing a bottleneck.Customer service is rapid and responsive.  Development is ongoing.  Fantastic all round.
