Amazing

Comments: Our overall experience with Fuzey has been great. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has helped us so much to start us up and continuously checks in with us to ensure we are getting the maximum benefit from the platform, Thank you [SENSITIVE CONTENT] :)

Pros:

Surveys & Feedback with Fuzey are amazing, It takes less than 30 seconds for us to send a SMS to a customer asking if they would leave us a Google Review, this brings the customer straight to our Google Business page, meaning no fuss or effort for our customers. We have seen an increase in Google Reviews from utilizing this aspect of Fuzey. Chat/Messaging in Fuzey is seamless, All communications are stored for easy viewing and follow up. Fuzey allows us to communicate with customers via instant messaging. This has a positive effect on my workload and also opens a new door of communication to our customers.

Cons:

There is nothing not to like, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is so efficient to help us amend any area's we may need.

Review of our experience using Fuzey

Comments: Fuzey support has been incredibly responsive and supportive. Anytime we contacted them they were top class. They took on board any constructive criticism we passed them.

Pros:

We started using Fuzey as a streamlined and professional way to engage with our customers that also ensured that each member of our team was familiar with what was being discussed. The overall feedback from each team member with regards to Fuzey has been incredibly positive with as late as this morning a team member saying “ Fuzey is one of the best things we have introduced in years. “ It provides an easy way for customers to send us images of the problems and messaging us to arrange call out appointments. Fuzey has definitely streamlined and made our customer enagagement a lot more professional.

Cons:

There are some limiting factors but overall these are minor details. Nor being able to send text to a customer on WhatsApp without them messaging you first is a slight limiting factor as you must send a template message first. Any of the other factors I would imagine will be resolved once the app is released.

Crucial for streamlining my business!

Comments: The team are incredible, as a new business when I first joined Fuzey I learned a lot from them in regards to customer service and customer management. The whole onboarding experience was really great and shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for the ongoing technical support!

Pros:

An easy to use platform with a LOT of potential. I use WhatsApp to communicate with every customer through Fuzeys platform, from receiving photos for quoting, booking installations and sending review requests. Call recordings and voicemails sent to my inbox through WhatsApp so I can reply with message templates instantly after the call, or reply to missed calls. Payment requests via card or BACS payments are very impressive with an instant invoice generated in my Xero account. Most importantly the ability to easily send Google review requests to each customer, then receive review reports from Fuzey each week.

Cons:

Looking forward to an app for easier mobile use and better notifications, and the release of the remaining features!

Easy To Use

Pros:

The Fuzey system makes it easy to liaise with customers over text messaging or WhatsApp. This enables us to gain information effectively. As customers are more accessible via text, the payment system has been very successful and with the added bonus of sending review links which customers are directed to via a link with is very user friendly

Cons:

I have not had any issues with the features currently
