> **Pros**: We had the problem that we had basically thousand of single open answers to our questions. Before working with licili we used to spend literelly weeks checking the responses and clustering them manually. Using licili helped us a lot in reducing the time spent significantly and get an optimum overview of what actually bothered our customers and what we would have to do in order to give them a better time at our shows.

> **Cons**: Well the pros kind of are also the cons. The in depth possibilities of licili might be sometimes overwhelming. But if you are really into figures and statistics this is actually something serious you can work with.

> **Pros**: Ein sehr gutes Tool, um große Textmengen schnell und völlig neutral auszuwerten. Die Ergebnisse werden verständlich in Grafiken und Tabellen dargestellt. So können schnell erste Erkenntnisse abgeleitet werden. Zusätzlich zu den Hauptgrafiken, kann man anhand der Reports schnell die Bedeutung und den Einfluss einzelner Themen identifizieren. Erkenntnisse und Synthesen können dann gleich im Tool erstellt werden und werden gleich mit den relevanten Daten verknüpft.

> **Cons**: Ohne eine Schnittstelle zum eigenen Ticketsystem, müssen Mails aus einem Mailprogramm extrahiert und manuell "bereinigt" werden (d.h. überflüssige Textabschnitte wie Signaturen und Disclaimer entfernen). Erst dann erfolgt das Hochladen als Exceldatei. Eine automatisierte Bereinigung wurde aber mit dem nächsten Update angekündigt, sodass die manuelle Bereinigung künftig entfallen wird. Für Kunden mit einer Schnittstelle zum eigenen Ticketsystem, entfällt dieser Prozess gänzlich.

> Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende Kundenservice und -support. Als Neukunde erhält man ein umfangreiches Onboarding. Danach finden regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche statt. Hier gibt es immer Gelegenheit, Fragen zu stellen, individuelle Anpassungen vorzunehmen und die nächsten Schritte zu planen.
