The platform allows any team within a business to keep track of all opportunities, challenges, and action items and ensures that nothing is dropped. In addition to this, it will allow you to tie all of those activities to annual goals and quarterly targets. > > **Cons**: The only issue that I can raise is one which is not a fault of the program, but the building of the discipline in the use of Workfacta. I call it the Workfacta muscle. Some members within an organisation will quickly build that muscle and continue to use it, whilst others need more prompting to do so.
