I am very frustrated with their lack of customer support. Integration with Content Studio and the deep-linking are icing on the cake. Some other features I love are - Zapier integration, UTM builder, Biolinks, Retargeting pixels etc. The team behind is really good too. They respond on time and have been updating the tool through out.
