Matrix42 complexed environment configuration and management in one place

Comments: My overall experience is very good. This is the tool I use every day for almost 6 years and I am happy I can use it for software management.

Pros:

As an administrator of software assets in a big company what I like the most in Matrix42 is control over software life cycle, from installation through update to removal if needed. I have control over what software is installed on all company machines.

Cons:

Complexity of the tool is high and it is hard to train new administrators. They require a lot of experience before they are able to work with no supervision.
