> **Pros**: Installing agents was somewhat easy, the platform is easy to use for the monitoring of client devices and the integration with other products is good.
There are quite a lot of different alerting configuring that can be setup wither that be simple of complex, remote access via Screen Connect is fast.

> **Cons**: No pricing for MSP's to lookup if we wanted to setup new services, we have to go through an account manager first.

> A positive experience so far, their Tech Advantage service is a great addition of you don't have the time or just require a little more help.

The easy remote access feature allows our team to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues without needing to be physically present at client locations. We also appreciate the good visibility it provides into system health and performance, which helps us stay on top of potential problems before they impact our clients.

> **Cons**: We do encounter, on occasion, sync delays, which sometimes prevent us from connecting to devices being monitored. Additionally, some of the advanced features have a learning curve and require additional training to use effectively.

> ConnectWise RMM has been a solid choice for our IT operations. The automation features have saved us a significant amount of time on routine maintenance tasks, and the monitoring capabilities provide us with good visibility into our client systems. Although there was an initial learning curve, the time investment was worthwhile for the efficiency gains we achieved.

> **Cons**: The workflows can be complicated and would benefit from more filtering options. We’ve also experienced issues when rolling out the ScreenConnect client—at times the installation process gets stuck and doesn’t complete, requiring us to step in and install it manually.”

> The platform has been excellent for rolling out new software and maintaining security. Customer support has been outstanding—very responsive and rapid. I have yet to encounter an issue they couldn’t solve. If online support couldn’t provide an immediate answer, they always came back with the solution in a timely manner.
