The social listening aspect stands out to me, too. You’d normally have to use a completely separate tool alongside your social media management software. So, when you have add/pop-up blockers installed, logging in to and integrating various social media accounts (particularly those from Meta) is challenging/doesn't always work. But when you go on a different browser without blockers enabled, then it works fine and seamlessly. So yeah, that's nothing against Vista Social. But they could perhaps make users aware that this can happen.
