Comments: Um Content und Community miteinander zu verbinden, empfehlen wir unseren Kunden yawave. Die Communication Suite liefert alles an Tools, um einfach Content zu erstellen, zu publizieren und zu teilen. Ausserdem bietet sie eine Vielzahl an Lösungen für den Aufbau von aktiven und treuen Communities. Zu den ersten Kunden von yawave gehörten grosse Schweizer Sportclubs, die ihre Fan Communities ausbauen wollten. Mittlerweile entdecken immer mehr Unternehmen das Umsatzpotenzial dahinter und nutzen yawave, um aus Kunden Fans zu machen.

Pros:

Yawaves grosse Stärke ist neben der einfachen Integration und den vielen Schnittstellen die Fülle an Funktionen, die out of the box mitgeliefert werden. Dazu gehören ein Loyalty Programm, Kontakt- und Community Management und Sharing Tools. Damit können auch mittelständische Kunden mit kleinen Teams schnell Ihren Content teilen und Communities aufbauen. Der Einsatz von yawave im Ecommerce bietet die Möglichkeit, den eigenen Shop um Belohnungssysteme, Empfehlungen und Kundenbindungsprogramme zu ergänzen und so den Umsatz schnell, aber nachhaltig zu steigern.

Cons:

Wir wünschen uns, das yawave bekannter wird und die Kunden uns aktiv darauf ansprechen. Im Moment sind noch Marketingaufwände unserseits notwendig. Wir sind aber durch die Einzigartigkeit des Produktes überzeugt, dass die Inbounds bald folgen.
