> **Pros**: What I like the most is that we can see our profits easily not only for 1 market but for all my markets place at once, something that is unvaluable, the PPC and Money back features and the fact that its price is very reasonable.&#10;  &#10;Also worth noting that the customer service is outstanding, fast and efficient.&#10;&#10;We have been using H10 for years and now giving a try to Sellerboard and I must say that we are very impressed so in summary very happy with the switch. :-)

The profit dashboard breaks down every single cost (Amazon fees, PPC, COGS, shipping, refunds, promos) so we always know our true margin per SKU. The PPC dashboard and automated follow-up emails are huge time-savers, and the inventory forecasting has helped us avoid stockouts multiple times. Setup was straightforward, the data syncs reliably with Seller Central, and the value for money is outstanding compared to competitors charging 3–4× more for similar features. Customer support responds quickly and actually understands the Amazon seller workflow.

> **Cons**: The interface design feels a bit dated compared to newer SaaS tools, and first-time users may need a short learning curve to find all the features, since there are so many of them packed in.
