I feel satisfied because their entire work team makes the entire recovery process easier and we as a company do not have to make much effort for the process to be successful since FlexPay takes care of absolutely everything, delivering a database with successful recoveries.

> **Cons**: Well, I have always liked all of their performance. The only problem I had was the first communication with sales, who were not kind in explaining the entire process they provided.
