> **Pros**: The workflow for incident response is really simple and straightforward. Connecting Blameless into the other tools my team is using to keep the site operational was also simple. I have great visibility to what's happening across the incident and my team is much faster in their response than before we brought in Blameless.

> **Cons**: It doesn't have a native status page although the Blameless team offered to bundle in statuspage.io licenses with my annual contract.

> We've been using Blameless for a little over a year. It has had a really positive impact on my business. My web team has been able to cut site downtime and shopping cart failures down to a 10th of what they were before we adopted Blameless. Mostly through a combination of better response time and leveraging incident data to identify problem areas in our system.
