> **Pros**: The platform was easy to start \&amp; we were live in 15 minutes. We were able to recreate our FAQ page just by inputting our Zendesk link. My staff is happy that they don't have to answer repetitive tickets and can focus on higher priority customer support issues.

> **Cons**: I'm not sure if they can integrate with anyone other than Zendesk.
