Great that you can reschedule if you need to
The option to wait outside (away from a crowd) has been very useful during the pandemic
No HW-investment is needed

> **Cons**: Something to think of (for the future) is that it would be nice to see which member of the staff that was available a certain time, so customers can chose who they wanted to book the timeslot with.
