> **Pros**: I had just upgraded from their basic plan to their pro plan and had to pause the inbox whilst I was doing the upgrade. As soon as I upgraded, I ran into an issue, so hit up Customer Service and within 30 seconds I was connected to someone who guided me through it (it was a silly error from my end). The CS rep, \[sensitive content hidden\] , was very very helpful\! She even gave me some tips as to best practices for setting up.

Apart from the amazing customer service (which you don't see too much of nowadays), the product is amazing.. I signed up to it on the basic plan 35 days ago, and the product has increased my email deliverability so much that I decided to purchase the larger pro package. What a great product.

> **Pros**: Easy to use, competetive pricing, especially if you compare to competing products when it comes to no of emails sent/day. On basic plan you get 75 and the other emails where traffic is generated are really from different providers (Microsoft, Google) and real accounts from other users. So it's not like a few fake accounts created by the warmup company.

> **Cons**: Pro plan price is to high, it would be great to migrate selected features from pro to basic plan

> Easy to use, nice GUI. VERY responsive support willing to help ASAP. I always get quick replies. The product does the job.

All they say ''our tech team on it'' At the beginning they promise to complete 1.000 mail campaign but we already reach 3 months and their campaign start everyday 2-3 days and return to beginning and worst part they cant do anything for it. Really not worth it. If you wanna waste your money just keep with them
