> **Pros**: The best part is, it supports copy-paste format for image and file, it doesn't bother to find the file path extra. In addition, workflows and notes are on separate tabs, making it easy to understand because they are separate from each other.

> **Pros**: It has all of the functionality you expect from a system like this. As it is fully customisable you can build applications/document storage and workflows to very exact requirements.

> **Cons**: A lot of it. It's on premise so there is an ongoing infrastructure cost. Changing functionality requires developer knowledge. It is dated in its interface and its integrations. So while it's great for existing workloads any changes are a lot of work.

> Not positive. I am currently working my organisation off the platform onto more cloud based low/no code solutions.
