> **Pros**: I like the platform's email automations because they save our company time. Specifically, the attention to detail really amazes me since we can customize and brand our content through audience segmentation, mobile messages, keywords, and petitions in order to make them more impactful, relevant, relatable, and timely.

> **Cons**: I disliked Action Network's approach to event management. While the advocacy software for executing events is somewhat simplified and easy to use/understand, I strongly believe that other platforms do a much better job of ticketing and executing virtual events because of their integration with other political technology software.
> 
> In all, Action Network allows me to mobilize our online and offline community quickly, raise more small-dollar contributions, and engage our supporters with petitions easily. Their tools help our organization to capture rapid response moments, rally the grassroots to our causes and campaigns, and sustain relationships with grassroots activists to build a stronger people-powered, progressive movement with long-lasting impacts.
