> **Pros**: Matter Control is an easily onboardable 3D design tool that allows for seemless importing of designs, printing and customization.
> 
> **Cons**: Sometimes it can be difficult to locate files and at times the software does not accept the designs and will say that there is nothing to print.  This occurs sometimes even after a design has already been loaded into the software.
> 
> I attended a training and received a free 3D printer that runs on Matter Hackers.  The customer support has been excellent and overall this is an easy product to use.
