> **Pros**: Easy to migrate from Sierra ILS (staying within the Innovative family); search on staff end is very responsive and easy to access records for patrons and content
> 
> **Cons**: Some records did not migrate in the best manner, but were easily repaired; the public catalog is not as powerful as some outside vendors for public searching
> 
> Better patron record management and ability to keep public service staff using browsers rather than clients is a win for all parties.
