> **Pros**: I LOVE that you are able to make a QR code for your survey which people can scan and complete your survey. It's such a nice feature to have on survey sites as it makes it easy for people to take the surveys. It also offers alerts whenever someone takes your survey via SMS which is super useful if you want to quickly add the survey responses somewhere else

> **Cons**: The free version is kind of limited but it is still cheap to go Pro. Free version has a limited number of responses tracked which is sad for people who can't afford the pro version.

> I used surveyapp for my Masters Thesis research along with another survey app which I used for free. Surveyapp's pro was way cheaper so I opted in for that was not not disappointed because of the QR code scan which lead people to my survey. I was able to walk around the university asking people to scan my QR code to take my survey.

> **Pros**: We found we got a much better response than more detailed surveys. People find it easy and by using a simple smiley face survey and we now get a lot of positive feedback as well as occasional areas for improvement.

> **Cons**: We found the survey app was a bit expensive given how many software solutions we need in our business for compliance. We had to pay extra for online and the app.

> We had a good experience, but we also have Hubspot which I think has Survey App embedded so we are utilising through that now. All of our contacts are usually not face to face.

> **Cons**: What I like least about surveyapp is that there are very low pay rates, time consuming tasks, and it’s easy to get disqualified.

> Overall, surveyapp is okay. I would say it should change some things regarding the low reimbursement for surveys and the fact that it can be easy to not qualify for many.
