> **Pros**: It is a great option for template driven basic websites.  If you do not need your website to be exceptional or do anything beyond the most basic lead capture functionality FMG suite is the right vendor to use

> **Cons**: If you want anything apart from there generic menu based website development you are barking up the wrong tree.  they will sell you the moon during the sales process but as soon as you sign on the dotted line prepare to be underwhelmed

> Fmg suite sales tactics are extremely deceptive and misleading.  I asked them during the sales portion about specific capabilities and was told no problem several times to key components of my vision for my website only to be told during development that I can only choose from basic cookie cutter options

> **Pros**: We currently only use FMG for our website layout and compliance submission feature.  There are not many options for website templates, but we were able to pay additional fees to have a customization partner assist us. Making small changes and updates to our website are fairly easy, and FMG takes care of submitting changes to our compliance department.

> **Cons**: The marketing automation for emails became useless very quickly.  The emails are clearly form emails, allow no personalization, and come from a mass email address that is easily blocked by our clients and prospects. I'm not sure if open rates are an available metric on FMG, but more than 50% of our clients had unsubscribed in just a few months.

> FMG is better than having no marketing at all, and we use it for our website due to our broker dealer's relationship/agreement with FMG.  If you're looking for really quality pieces with diverse tones and subject matters, the ability to personalize to individuals within a mass mailing, and trackable metrics/reporting then Levitate is a much better option.
