> **Pros**: Talbit is the best performance managment tool ever\! The platform is quite straightforward and easy to implement. It helps to communicate our goals to all employees at once so we can be sure that everyone understands them, fast and easy. You can also leave feedback and start discussions which is very important for communication in a team. It's great that each worker can grow personally and develop skills that benefit us as well. At Talbit we have a plan for each employee which they can follow at their own pace. Wonderful\!
