> **Pros**: This tool is comprehensive and requires some dedication to configuration.  I worked with an excellent implementation project manager who was knowledgeable.  Once the tool was configured correctly we were able to begin loading data and resources into Pure.  It was AMAZING when all of the connections started to be made across institutions, researchers and universities.

> **Cons**: Configuration is extensive.  Very extensive.  Its not difficult, but there is a significant amount of time that goes into it.  I asked our Elsevier PM lots of questions and she was great at answering them on a weekly basis.  Without Elsevier Pro Services, this project likely would have failed.

> This is a terrific product and professional services is fantastic.  I would recommend this product to anyone, as long as they understand that PS is a necessary cost.
