> **Cons**: It would be great to simply tick a box to say that someone has given consent verbally instead of uploading a document of proof. Often, someone will forget to sign the consent form but give verbal consent which is recorded so it would be good to easily reflect this.

We’ve massively improved our GDPR/consent/ethics process since using Consent Kit and the best thing about it for us is the integration with Zapier. Someone books a calendar event, that persons details go straight to consent kit, I click a button and done\! Consent form sent. It’s just a no brainer and saves so much time.

It's saved us so much time building research and communications infrastructure and processes and means we keep on top of regulatory requirements more easily too.

> **Cons**: We'd like to be able to download our invoice receipts and be able to move events and activities between projects - we've made a few mistakes in setting up projects historically - but other than that, none\!

Giving participants more control over their data massively shifts the power dynamic too, which ethically speaking, is a huge boon\!

> **Pros**: It was very easy to share the consents with different participants of the research in an anonymous, GDPR compliant way.
We have used the tool for working with teams in different countries / different languages and the participants of the research always found it easy to use. It served it exact purpose without wasting anybody's time. 

We were able to track the participants who have completed the form. Same for those participants who have not completed the consent form - it was easy to identify them and contact them again.
