All documents related to debt can be attached as well. Various schedules are we thought out and audit notes are effective. > > **Cons**: More flexibility in reporting and schedules would be helpful. For instance, there is some filtering functionality, but some columns that would be of value are not available and custom reports are not available. > > DebtBook has been a big step up from the prior system I used. They customer service is exceptional, not just because it is responsive, but because of the chat button in the bottom corner that allows you immediate access to it no matter where you are in the program. AND, it is not an AI chatbot. A real person responds, you can drop screen shots into the chat, attach files, anything needed to exchange info and get things resolved. Customer service really sets DebtBook apart. Beyond, that we have an assigned rep who regularly checks in to make sure we are doing well and to see if there are any concerns. Prior to onboarding with DebtBook, we maintained the County's debt in 3 funds as well as the debt for each of our 15 water districts in multiple spreadsheets that required constant updating. DebtBook saves us time by not relying on the spreadsheets and we use it for budgeting, payment tracking, projecting debt service and as a document storage avenue.
