This includes being able to rota 80 volunteers, into 7 different roles, over 5 days a week, with the flexibility to add special events onto this regular rota. We didn't want anything too complex for our volunteers to grapple with, so no app to download or username or passwords to remember was a plus. Rota Central fitted the bill in spades. Being able to use Rota Central on my phone makes my coordinator role a lot easier. Similarly shifts are now more visible to volunteers whenever they want to check them, giving them a better volunteering experience.
