> **Pros**: Plumsail Actions integrates with PowerAutomate (Flow) very very easily. Installing it was a breeze. We have had one bug we found in Plumsail, was immediately patched by the team. 
It is also easy to use, and plugs a few functional holes that MS left in the PowerAutomate actions, most notably site creation in SharePoint.

> **Pros**: Provided features that SharePoint Online lacks or requires admins to do in PowerShell which I didn't have time to learn.

> **Cons**: Documentation was light which slowed my ability to learn how to use the product, but the support team was excellent at figuring out my issue during the trial and as a result I purchased the product.

> Needed to undeclare around 5000 documents in several libraries which had been migrated from SharePoint on prem and this tool made that process very streamlined.
