> **Pros**: Everstage has been a great addition for me particularly because of how seamlessly it integrates with our CRM Salesforce. Commission data is pulled through accurately on every deal closed in Salesforce and has completely removed the need to manually calculate what I’ve earned after each deal. Previously, working out commission could be quite time consuming especially since I close a high volume of deals but now everything is clearly laid out and instantly visible.

> **Cons**: Not so much a con, but one improvement would be having fully real time updates from Salesforce for commission calculations, rather than needing to wait until the next day for figures to refresh.

It was easy to set up, the interface is clean, and I could immediately see my earnings, deal impact, and bonus progress without needing a walkthrough.&#10;&#10;What really stood out was the real-time transparency. I didn’t have to guess how a variable affected my paycheck or wait for finance to send a spreadsheet. Everything updates live, which gave me more confidence in the comp process.&#10;&#10;It also changed how I approached my pipeline. Seeing how close I was to the next tier gave me real motivation, not just pressure. And when I had a question, the support team got back to me fast with actual helpful answers.&#10;&#10;In short, Everstage made commissions feel fair, clear, and even motivating. I’d recommend it to any sales rep who wants to stop guessing and start earning with clarity.

> **Cons**: This is probably not an everstage problem but there can be a significant delay between deals being booked and them appearing in everstage. Depending on the system your business uses there can be manual corrections needed quite often.

> Positive overall, it’s a big improvement over any spreadsheet based system and it’s helpful to get different breakdowns by quarter/month etc instead of doing this manually. Can’t comment on customer support as this is handled by a different team and I’ve not experienced it.
