> **Pros**: It looks like it works for those with the right business needs.  I was sold by the mrketing, but use was not what I was expecting.

> **Cons**: It did not fit my require4ments and I tried to cancel after the second day of use.  I have been unable to get any response to the 5 emails I sent requesting the refund.  Horrendous customer support.

The financials projections were eye opening as you can adjust the number of staff or ad spend or expenses to see if your model is going to work. They don't say it on the website, but they have an agency model now.

> **Pros**: Very good user experience. Clear interface, extremely well documented (their 1-minute onboarding videos are a perfect fit. Nobody watches 15-minute onboarding videos\!\!).
After all, 1) it is easy to input the right data, and 2) it is easy to work with the outputs. Nothing else really matters in my mind.

> **Cons**: I kind of find it sad that the 'live feature' they had was not used by users and they stopped supporting it. I like the idea of comparing forecasts/plans to what actually happens. Might have been difficult in my case anyway because I am using German accounting software but I still would like to have such a feature\!
