> **Pros**: We use Insiteful solely for capturing Typeform drop-offs and this feature has completely shifted our comms strategy and lead engagement. Very easy to set up, Insiteful have an extremely responsive customer support team that try their very best to solve any challenges.

> **Pros**: The pitch. Sounds like a great product looking at their site, but the actual tool doesn't work, and looks nothing like the screens in their video or marketing materials.

> **Cons**: Dashboard was very buggy. Partial form capture did not work.  And company promotes a FREE TRIAL but then charges $7  to access it.
