> **Pros**: It is very easy to use. You do not need to learn programming since it provides great tools to analyze event Iogs. It provides a large number of filters that facilitate the selection of cases to be analyzed further. It provides a powerful dashboard that may be customized easily. Simulation as well as event log animation are part of the product. New interesting features are included in every release

> **Cons**: An API is not yet available. You need to import event logs via the ETL or the direct import feature of the tool. Similarly, to exploit data further you need to export it in a standard format (CSV, Excel, etc.)
> 
> I'm very satisfied with this product because it is powerful and easy to use; training from vendor is great. It guides you from scratch till you are able to perform process mining analysis on your own
