> **Pros**: Provides a lot of useful webinars and virtual events that introduce, and show many areas that one needs to cover before entering a job market.

> **Cons**: However, it was often difficult to network and have some more specific conversations with interesting people, as they had their own presentations, and even though there were questions, they were still quite general, and hence, the answers were too. That made some webinars really boring for someone who participated in similar webinars. Maybe incentivizing speakers to have more interaction with the audience would help? Maybe just more passionate speakers would also help?

> **Pros**: I really like that the work with big company’s like L’Oreal, so if you are interested on working for that company you can have a lot of inputs that comes from the HR for example so are very usefull.
