While the interface and tools are pretty straight forward to use, the tutorial videos are also very helpful with some of the more complex setups. The ability to add variation to your messages is really helpful. > > **Cons**: I am yet to find too much to complain about in Linked Helper, but I've only used a fraction of the tools available. I tried the AI message generator, but actually prefer to craft my own messages. I do find the need to update the software so frequently a bit annoying. In understand the importance of keeping the application secure and up to date, but I think I would prefer updates with lower frequency. I didn't get what I wanted from the data enrichment function. Since it is connected to LinkedIn it tends to return personal email addresses which the users use to set up their profiles, whereas I would prefer to enrich the business contact details. > > I have been able to engage with more people and make more connections by using Linked Helper than I would have been able to do manually.
