> **Pros**: Wasted Setup Time&#10;We spent weeks hacking together work-arounds, hoping to get at least one outbound order flowing through the system. No luck. The software’s limitations kept blocking us at every turn, yet support only offered generic “have you tried re-uploading the file?” responses.

> **Cons**: User-Hostile Interface&#10;Once we finally logged in, it became obvious the platform is stuck in the past:&#10;&#10;Endless CSV uploads just to accomplish basic tasks that competitors automate.&#10;&#10;Cluttered screens and confusing navigation; expect a steep learning curve for even simple actions.&#10;&#10;Frequent glitches that force constant page refreshes and manual re-entry of data.

> Mintsoft cost us time, money, and a mountain of frustration. In my opinion:&#10;&#10;Product Quality: 1/10—obsolete workflows, unreliable performance.&#10;&#10;Support: 2/10—slow, canned replies.&#10;&#10;Business Ethics: 0/10—sales promises evaporate once the ink is dry.&#10;&#10;Avoid Mintsoft at all costs—there are far better WMS solutions that respect both your business and your budget.
