> **Pros**: - Very easy to use and setup. 
- Customer service and on-boarding was superb. The complexities of the Metadata Schema and Keyword Taxonomy were easy to navigate with a dedicated librarian to help. 
- UI is easy to navigate and even without the included training, your average user could find their way around relatively successfully.
- Easy to share assets publicly with external providers and agencies.
- Collaboro work with you and have even amended or added functionality based on customer feedback and requests.

> **Cons**: My only con was some of the functionality at the start, lack of AI, some clunky ingestion processes and some minor functionality and aesthetics all of which were solved and are no longer an issue. NB I gave feedback on all of these issues and they were either already in Collaboro's roadmap or were added and fixed wiki weeks (days on some cases)

> Excellent. As well as the software doing exactly what it said it did and doing it well, the customer service/client interaction was the highlight and how despite not being by any means, their only client, at times you felt like you were.

> **Pros**: When our agency grew larger and larger it became harder and harder to manage all our digital assets. Collaboro solved this for us. Every asset in the platform is tagged with bespoke layers of metadata, meaning they’re easy to surface when required. The most appealing aspect to Collaboro is that they do it all for us – we just upload at the end of a project and they do all the work for us. We aren’t digital asset managers and don’t want to be – we just want it handled. The team are now spending their time creating, designing, and producing, rather than trying to find and store assets.

Even if the recipient is not Collaboro user, it is able to share the specific asset only 

2. Download wizard 
Very usuful for non-designers when they download a large file-size of tiff or PSD file to a small JPG.

Domino's Pizza Japan does not need a Description, key number, job number, etc.,..

The platform needs to be customized for each market.
