Feedback on the use of Glasscubes in Project Management

Pros:

It creates a common platform for everyone involved in the project to keep track of documentation from all three African universities involved in the project.

Cons:

Understanding how to navigate your way was not necessarily instinctive at first.

Comments: my overall experience has been very good, very helpful with problems and issues arising, our company will continue to use Glasscubes for a long time.

There are many different areas on the Glasscubes page which are not intuitive and take some time to understand.

Increased efficiency and visibility

Pros:

Glasscubes has provided our team with a tool that has increased the quality and efficiency of our information requests to clients. It has enabled both ourselves and clients to have an organised, up to date and clear list outstanding items. It really works for our audit department and ensures the whole team has visibility on the progress of the requests.

Cons:

I do not consider there to be any cons with Glasscubes as such. Any user issues I have incurred were well supported by the team and recent updates have really increased the the functionality.

Pros:

Glasscubes is very easy to use and is a good way of sending info safely.

Cons:

It should be easier to do certain tasks, i.e in less clicks than is currently needed.

Comments: I've found using Glasscubes very easy for my purposes.

The 2FA is useful but a bit complex. The UI can feel a bit old-fashioned.

Great device and utilise it with many of my clients. [sensitive content hidden] especially is very quick to respond to any queries and provides great explanations. Ease of upload and collaboration with clients.

Glass cubes can have some small issues in relation to delegating task not marked as complete.

Comments: It offers so many amazing features that you can more or less customize for a variety of uses. It's easy, it's flexible, and the support folks are just awesome.

I use the project management sections using the CanBan methodo,logy and occasionally creating the management tiers is a bit tricky, the way project items are moved around into tiers. But I do get it to work.

So Easy to Use

Comments: Makes my day to day job incredibly easy.

I love how easy the portal is to use, in terms of uploading and how you can create password protected links to share with clients, and the team are fantastic.

Cons:

The searching tool is a little tricky to use at times, luckily I know where everything is.

Glasscubes is stacked with abilities from collaboration to storage and file transfer, it gives my team the ability to get things done faster and more productively.

Cons:

It doesn't give me and my team any issues, we highly recommend it.

how easy it is to navigate, upload and download files.

Cons:

when bulk uploading files and documents, every member of the team that is following the space receives an individual email for every single document. It would be much better to receive one bulk email that lists all the uploads made in the past 10 minutes or so.1 email with a list of 40 uploads > 40 emails stating 1 thing

Saving us hours of resource

Pros:

Prior to using Glasscubes, our whole team was involved in contacting our clients, multiple times a year to request their records. This was very time consuming and was not as successful as we would have liked. We started using Glasscubes this tax year and to date it has saved us around 288 hours of resource, allowing our staff to proceed with the actual work. Will definitely be using again in future years.

Cons:

The search function could be easier, right now you have to search on email addresses rather than client names.

Easy to Use

Comments: Happy that is has worked well as a secure document sharing site.

Pros:

Simplicity - very easy to use and intuitive. Anyone who can use a web browser will be able to use it.

Cons:

Some excel files viewed look blank on screen when previewed but have content in them when downloaded and viewed.

Glasscubes for financial audit query lists

Pros:

The firm I work for recently started using Glasscubes for financial audit query lists. So far I have found the experience to be very positive - the website is easy to navigate and use, and clients seem to have no trouble registering or entering their responses. I have also contacted the customer support via their online chat and they quickly came back to me with a detailed response. (Views are my own and do not represent those of my employer.)

Cons:

It seems to ask for One-Time-Password verification on login quite frequently even when logging in from the same location on the same PC. (Views are my own and do not represent those of my employer.)

Great way to collaborate in project.

Pros:

Easy for multiple people to collaborate in a project. Documents are stored and handled easily.

Cons:

Navigation between different spaces is a bit tricky.

Pros:

Very easy to use and great customer service

Cons:

Some limited functions, would like to be able to add more detail to forms

Glasscubes for due diligence information requests

Pros:

Clients upload responses and information to specific points on the platform which is great as clients can answer points piecemeal and it means I'm not having to trawl through lots of emails, which would be the alternative. The platform is user friendly and so far my clients have no complaints.

Cons:

The only thing I can think I would like to see improved is the ability to separate your information request into sections with headings.

The simplicity, such easy finding and completing forms

No notifications on new tasked set out.

Ease of use of Glasscubes

Comments: Most the problems I run into are school policies, handbook updates and board elections

Pros:

The program is easy to log in to and find the most recent posts, updates and useful files

Cons:

Would prefer not to get email notifications. I'm happy to just log in occasionally and look at what's being discussed
