> **Pros**: ScaleXP adds functionality to Xero that would usually require a much more powerful accounts package or ERP, helping to reduce month-end close time and presenting data in a clear and informative manner — for both finance and non-finance users alike. The AI report builder makes it easy to produce ad hoc reports on demand, which is a genuinely valuable feature.

The customer service has also been very good — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when we’ve needed support.
