Getting assigned a customer success manager who understands the testing journey of your organization and is responsive to ad hoc requests for new coverage or alterations in priorities is invaluable and hard to match in their industry. Getting weekly virtual meetings and integrating with our existing tools is just icing on the cake. Nothing ever feels impersonal or low-priority when you bring it to their attention and the friction is keep to an absolute minimum.
