We particularly value how easily accessible and manageable the various provisions within the platform are. Currently, the register is fixed to sort by surname, but having the option to sort by age group or class would make it much more efficient for our team during busy sessions. Additionally, there isn’t an automated total ticket price for ‘All Sessions’, which adds an extra manual step that could lead to errors if not calculated carefully.
