Throughout the process, the team was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We took a step-by-step approach to building the department within the company. As a result, the system is now focused on highly-rated goods.Currently, the categories in all of our stores are automated and all of our shelves are visible online. This means that we can monitor the sales efficiency of every aspect of our shelves at any time of the year.
