> **Pros**: The software Pro Version is available through the MLS at NO CHARGE.  This app has numerous features that are beneficial to real estate professionals and homebuyers.

> **Cons**: If Homesnap could directly integrate with available CRMs, it would be better for lead management.

> The ease of use and up-to-date MLS data make this app a vital tool that I use often.  The ability for a homebuyer to search by area, features, and price range gives more control to prospective buyers searching for their next home.
