> **Pros**: I have been using Wingspan since May 2021, and overall, I have had a positive experience with their service. Accepting international payments has benefited me, as my credit union could not handle such transactions. The customer service has been excellent, and I have found their Instant Transfer service reliable and efficient. Additionally, the extra benefits, such as insurance, have been helpful. I appreciate the convenience and support that Wingspan has provided, making my financial transactions smoother and more manageable.

Recently, my international client received emails about changes in bank details for transfers, which led to confusion and a bounced payment. Despite multiple confirmations from support that the changes only applied to domestic transfers, my client had to deal with the inconvenience and costs of a wire rejection and trace report. Additionally, I had to accept a payment via PayPal during my vacation, incurring significant fees. The support team has been polite, but getting updates and replies has been slow, making me nervous about trusting my money. I miss the early days when I could easily book a video call with my Member Advocate and hope they can overcome these growing pains to return to their previous level of support.

> **Pros**: When it works, it's pretty straightforward and easy to use.
> 
> **Cons**: The invoices get delayed and there is zero communication. Any changes to your account, even a basic phone number change, is nearly impossible without much hassle. Customer service is done via "live" chat, that takes about a week to get a response. Their deposit dates are misleading, you go months where it is accurate, then one month, it'll magically take a day or 2 extra to show up at your bank. It makes timing payouts to others have to be manual, which is annoying when you work only with invoices in and out.

> Terrible customer service, that does zero to help and will deflect in order to make sure nothing gets accomplished. It's taken over a month to change my phone number, for example. When it works, though, it's good (but isn't that most things?). Oh, and now to make an instant payment, you have to verify your phone (never previously).  So yeah, I can't change my DD information or make instant payments so their telling me my funds would be deposited yesterday before the holiday weekend now leaves thousands of dollars in the breach for 4 days.
