> **Pros**: La Flexibilidad de la plataforma para los usuarios clínicos es de gran ayuda. Antiguamente no se utilizaban gestores de turnos en Clínica Bupa, y gracias a Rflex las Coordinadoras puedes organizar su personal y proyectar la dotación presente. Además nos entrega data super relevante para el área de Gestión de Personal.

> **Cons**: La Falta de automatización en algunos procesos como: 

- Bajas y renuncias automáticas: Se debe realizar doble trabajo al desvincular a una persona del sistema de Nómina Buk, dado que también se debe dar de baja en Rflex.

- Mantenedor de Bonificaciones: Se podría mejorar este módulo, automatizando el mantenedor de Bonificaciones con integración directa del sistema de nómina, ejemplo: Personal Sindicalizado obtiene bonificación especial.

> Control de Pago de remuneraciones.
Ahorro en Pago de remuneraciones.
Control de gestión de turnos Jefaturas.
