> **Pros**: Easy to create simple MSIs.
Editing MSIs with full customisation and advanced tools mean smooth process in getting final product ready.
Scanning to create an MSI is by far the easier feature.

> **Cons**: Difficult to figure out what feature are available as part of your subscription. Several times I have worked on an msi only to find out on saving or testing that I needed a higher subscription/licence. Then I have to restart because I've no idea what I've used that is outside my licensing.
> 
> Good. Creating custom MSI or simple MSIs by placing files into folders is best for me. I use alternative tools for difference scanning/compiling MSIs ands higher licences are too expensive for education use.

> **Cons**: Pre-sale support is in our experience is terrible. Support queries are left unanswered or when/if  answered are addressed 4- 5 days after being raised. Even requests for pricing info are ignored.

> It seems fully featured but some of the functionality is obtuse and somewhat difficult to understand even after viewing videos. Unfortunately, support is not helpful , possibly due to the fact we are not a client, just someone who is testing the product with a view to buying
