> **Pros**: The care and support from the team. I have asked a lot of questions since coming onboard and you continue to support me and answer them all.

The actual app and system. It’s Fantastic\! I researched for 4 months and downloaded Everfit, Trainerize, TrueCoach, PT Distinction, Nudge Coach, Coach AI. I also considered Macro Active and Lenus ALL before committing to Fitbudd. They all lacked something or had a lack of personalisation. Bharti was just brilliant on our initial call and so helpful.

> **Cons**: The extra charge to add a ‘Schedule a call’ tab. So frustrating as it’s available through the app but you make us pay $50 to add a tab. Just doesn’t stack up. Come on FitBudd\!\! 

Also some AI support for workout and meal plan building is a basic now. Needs to be in the pipeline.

It's very easy to use, very professional and makes all my work so streamlines I'm able to take on more clients and still provide and excellent service. It comes across as very professional when signing clients up to my own branded app.

> **Cons**: I guess I'm not a fan of the way it runs on the schedule Mon-Sun, so if someone signs up and wants to start midweek, their schedule runs from that date, so when writing their plan you have to bare in mind that their 'day 1' may actually be a Wednesday for example.

> Overall experience is excellent. Very easy to use, very responsive with their live chat team and the way you manage clients on the app is very very smooth. It's great how it gives breakdowns on your earning so it's always clear to see what is coming in and when.

> **Pros**: The ability to customize your own colour scheme and style to your own liking for the app \& have every feature needed to help your clients goals. The apps security when it comes to keeping your clients data and privacy safe is also unmatched.

> **Cons**: No ability to move areas of the app around to make it even more customizable. Such as getting rid of nutrition area all together if needed for a certain plan or putting the nutrition area above the workout section. Sometimes glitches can occur in certain areas of the app which can be a nuisance to clients and myself, but this is always fixed properly when it does happen and is a learning curve.

> Fantastic, staff are helpful and friendly and always willing to help. Never had a problem which wasn't fixed easily or quickly with the help from the team at Fit Budd. Also great value for money and reasonable pricing for what you get with the app AND website.

The dashboard and scheduling tools save me time, the nutrition and workout tracking is simple and clear for clients to follow, and overall they find the app easy to use. The feedback has been incredible. Having happy, engaged clients who feel supported makes my job so much easier, and Fitbudd delivers that really well.

The support from the team is also faultless. They are amazing, attentive and responsive.
