Reviews of Trello
Go-to option to make a quick board and collaborate with others
Comments: Trello is for me the synonym for boards, although I used extensively other tools such as Meistertask for a project even more than I used Trello. Trello has great views and is easy to set up and use, especially if you are working on an event or workshop and want the people to cooperate before, during and after the event. The fact that it is very popular means that in these cases your participants will be more likely to have an open Trello account than any other similar software so it really speeds things up and I highly recommend it for such uses.
Pros:
Trello is hands-down the best board available and also the most people who use boards probably already have an account there so if you share your board it will be easier for them to access it.
Cons:
You will go through the limit of boards in the free account very fast, but the paid option with unlimited boards is not expensive, so it is not a big issue.

Trello: Amazing Task Management App with outdated UI
Comments:
Aside from the UI being rather outdated, overall, Trello has streamlined our workflow significantly.
Highly recommended for teams of all sizes, looking for an intuitive task management tool.
Pros:
Simplicity - it's really easy to start using it in a team and then to create tasks, basically in no time.
Cons:
UI - in my opinion Trello's UI is behind most of its competitors and needs to be seriously updated, especially in terms of how it looks.
Trello is functional but not fantastic
Comments: My company used Trello with a third party Marketing agency and I found emails to be more efficient than logging into Trello and checking on the individual project cards.
Pros:
Trello does allow you to see the latest updates from team members and comment and add progress as needed.
Cons:
Trello is not intuitive and can be complicated to navigate if you have multiple projects happening at the same time. Also, many times people don't consistently update Trello which isn't necessarily the fault of the tool but it limits the value.

Trello - Great for teams and managing the mess
Comments: Overall the software did what we needed, tracking our team and showing our schedule timeline for software releases. Really a great tool for small teams looking to grasp their jobs and find a management system.
Pros:
Was great at managing teams and allowed us to see all the jobs we had on hand. We could categorise and add notes to make it visible which was most urgent.
Cons:
Trello had some limitations eg, not able to add graphs or visuale the data in maths terms. Still pleasant experience though.
Trello review
Comments: I need Trello for my work and I could organise my tasks very well. Although I don’t use it every day.
Pros:
Its possible to change the themes for each project/board you have. You can choose your own colors and background (wallpaper).
Cons:
Lack of tasks view options and interface is not minimalistic
Trello is not very user frienldy
Comments: I found it very challenging to learn to use compared to other project management tools.
Pros:
The idea and concept of using Trello for projects and task sounds great, just found it's a little hard to learn the flows and how to use it.
Cons:
Trello is not user-friendly to learn on your own, or you need to be patient and try many things to learn it.
Great Kanban Boards free
Comments: Great for tracking projects. Excellent add-ons!!
Pros:
Excellent for tracking project development
Cons:
Powerfull dashboard but less tools in the free option
Trello can b egreat once you adjust their flow
Comments: Once you get over the learning curve I'm sure this is good for most people to use
Pros:
Getting notifications and reminders on task was great.
Cons:
Setting up notifications or task in the correct format took a little time to adjust to the flow of trello with creating things.
Using Trello
Comments: My overall experience is very good. The interface is very intuitive and easy to acces.
Pros:
What i liked the most is the simplicity of understanding and using trello. Also a user interface very friendly.
Cons:
Some times a little limitation in the fonctunality you can use to manage your projects.
For work and for personal use
Comments: Our team loves using it. We know exactly where the bottleneck was which sometimes it was me. I also personally use it for smaller projects
Pros:
We had multiple projects running simultaneously, and it was easy to track and move them through different stages. The platform is pretty straightforward to use. It resembles a big board with sticky notes, which can be shared with the entire team, making collaboration seamless.
Cons:
I wish there were more functions available for each card. While it gets the job done, there's definitely room for design improvements to enhance usability and functionality.
Alternatives Considered:
It's simple, easy to use and 'good enough' for most things
Comments: Great for project management for small teams
Pros:
The basic kanban-style board fits most projects and situations. The card-layout makes it very well-organized and all of my team-members quickly got the hang of it.
Cons:
To acces the most useful functions (power-ups) you need to upgrade. You don't have a lot of options for team-member roles or permissions. They can basically do everything within your board and that makes it messy sometimes. The design is a bit dated and not very aesthetic, it doesn't have that professional look some other task management software does have.

An easy business tool for solopreneurs and large businesses alike
Comments: I started with Trello at the beginning of my business and have preferred it over other platforms that I've tested as well, such as Notion and Monday.
Pros:
I love how many ways you can organize and view boards. Regardless of how you organize information or which visuals work best for you, Trello has a perfect layout for your work style.
Cons:
Some seemingly simple functions are not user-friendly, such as being able to turn off "repeat" tasks once they are no longer necessary.

I would give it ten stars if I could!
Comments: I love using Trello to organise ideas, and this is so easy to do. You can have a different board for each project or topic, then different lists within a board, then different cards within a list. You can colour-code the cards, and have either a title on them, then open them to add/view content, or you can create "smart cards" by adding a link, which will then show a preview of that link's target. You can add checklists to cards, and you can use a calendar system to schedule tasks or events. Honestly? It's the best free tool I've come across for organisation. I would give it ten stars if I could.
Pros:
Such a generous amount you can do with it on the free plan. I love the whole experience - the boards, the cards, how easy it is to move things around, plus the calendar function takes it to a whole new level. No matter what you need to organise, Trello is your new secret weapon!
Cons:
Honestly? Can't think of anything I don't like about it. I've been using it for years and it's just fantastic.
Alternatives Considered:
Trello can organize every aspect of your life!
Comments: I've used it for my social media posting management, short story and essay writing, daily tasks, blog management, Home remodeling scheduling, and more.
Pros:
The flexibility of Trello allows me to be as creative as I am in my business. The templates availble have helped me exliminate startup time for my projects. I've found many templates that perfectly fit what I want to do. Also, the way the app starts up and operates, I'm immediately into my working environment.
Cons:
The calendaring functions need some work. I'd like to be able to sync with my Apple Reminders and other built in iOS apps.
Trello for Small Business Owners
Comments: Trello is a great tool for complex technology teams. It should be used by people who have a deep understanding of project management.
Pros:
I like the way that it looks. It has a great visual design.
Cons:
It is not user-friendly for people who are not in tech or project management.
Alternatives Considered:
Managing your projects wherever you are
Comments: We use it to administer and manage projects, it is super good since all users can view the tasks they have to perform
Pros:
It is a super complete tool with a very friendly interface and unique features that are different from other project management tools. We can access it from any device while maintaining a friendly interface that is easy for the user to use.
Cons:
What we don't like about the tool is the cost per license but after that it is very good
My Encounter with Trello
Pros:
Trello handles complex project and task management procedures in my organization. I am able to automate over 85% of manual workflow with the help of this tool.
Cons:
Unavailability of some capabilities such as video calling feature is the only flaw, but it has robust backend integration feature.
TM & PM Program of All Times: Trello
Pros:
Trello streamlines task and project management by automating workflow in real-time. Time tracking is another added advantage about Trello. Availability of instant messaging and chat capabilities makes Trello more exceptional compared to alternatives.
Cons:
Trello has every feature that I yearn for on a daily basis. There has not been any notable flaw for the past six months.
Trello - easy to use and great to manage projects and workflow. Best Kanban option out there!
Comments: Fantastic - simple clean UI and full customized ability
Pros:
The ability to customize the boards in any order by dragging and dropping. The full ability to customize the tiles how you want easily
Cons:
I wish it auto created new tiles when you use the last one in the first instead of needed to copy one to start a new project
Trello: Futuristic PPM GURU
Pros:
Trello is used across all departments in my organization. I like that it makes it easy to create and assign tasks automatically.
Cons:
Trello for over three years has not posed any drawback on my end.
Seamless team-working and project management
Comments: I have used Trello on a daily basis in my previous role, have communicated to clients on the app and also have used it to co-ordinate team tasks.
Pros:
Absolutely amazing at helping team members manage tasks and have visibility over workloads, help clients keep up to date with the progress of current campaigns, and also have the opportunity to respond to questions in real time.
Cons:
I have no improvements to suggest at the moment. I feel that this app is very useful and easy to use.
Tool for my professional projects
Comments: I have used Trello as a personal tool within my work area, not only to keep projects organized but also to facilitate tracking for each task and project.
Pros:
I use Trello to manage all my projects within my work area. It has also allowed me to organize projects and work on them in real-time with other teams. What I like most about this tool is that it is very easy to learn and has smooth integration with other tools, allowing me to add functionalities to the boards.
Cons:
What I like least about this tool is that it’s quite limited with certain options, which means I can’t handle more complex projects that require more advanced management.
All in one solution for Task Management and Project management
Comments: I would definitely recommend this software to everyone who manages the Tasks and multiple Projects.
Pros:
It provides tons of features like adding member to cards, defining the due dates for orders, custom button to trigger the actions.
Cons:
There is no major cons i felt till now, as it runs flawlessly.
Trello Review
Comments: Trello has helped me, and many I know, by streamlining our processes and staying on the same page no matter the project.
Pros:
The organization capabilities is unprecedented and I really enjoyed the creative twists that users can incorporate.
Cons:
Nothing, it serves to accomplish its goal and exceeds expectations. It's the best task management/collaboration tool I have found to keep projects on track with your team.
My ace dashboard for keeping my ideas sorted!
Comments: Overall, I reckon Trello's a bloody ripper for keepin' me copywritin' projects organized, whether it's for solo gigs or workin' with clients.
Pros:
Love how flexible Trello is, mate. Unlike other software, it's a visual treat, with all me projects and tasks laid out like a dream. No more wastin' time searchin' for what I need.
Cons:
Trello's the ducks guts! Though it could use a few more bells and whistles for trackin' progress and whatnot.
