> **Pros**: Il software è semplice da utilizzare e si integra perfettamente con il database dipendenti. Ogni dipendente può proporre la propria candidatura alla formazione o le iscrizioni possono essere gestite in maniera centralizzata dall'amministratore.
Si può gestire il calendario delle lezioni e le relative presenze. Possibilità di caricare dispense e quant'altro necessario alla formazione in modo che ogni singolo iscritto possa scaricarsi il materiale in autonomia.  Il software gestisce il budget annuale che l'azienda dedica alla formazione

> **Cons**: Alcuni comandi non sono proprio intuitivi ma facilmente risolvibili dal team di sviluppo di Altamira al quale 
abbiamo richiesto delle personalizzazioni che puntualmente il  ha provveduto a rendere operative.

> Con Altamira Learning riusciamo a tenere sotto controllo le formazioni obbligatorie e facoltative del personale in forza in Azienda. Abbiamo un unico strumento che ci consente rapidamente di verificare in tempo reale il livello formativo raggiunto, il tutto evitando di svolgere ricerche dispendiose su materiale cartaceo.

> Avevamo ancora una gestione molto antiquata del piano di formazione, con fogli Excel. Con Altamira abbiamo fatto enormi passi in avanti senza rinunciare ad alcuna informazione. I docenti gestiscono in autonomia i loro corsi e i dipendenti possono richiedere l'iscrizione.
