> **Pros**: The fact that this is saved in the cloud and therefore a little less stress on myself to have a local backup of the system.

> **Cons**: Compared to our prior timeclocks with Icon Time, not as flexible when a fingerprint doesn't go through, as the old system we had, you could bypass the fingerprint and at least have a picture taken to verify identify. This does not.
> 
> In general, I've heard fewer issues so it would seem that things are going much better that I'm aware.
