Setting up AssetCloud was very simple as I was able to batch import assets from a previous database very quickly, and adding custom fields specific to my use case was easy. Technical support is very good. I've raised tickets regarding complex things I'm trying to do with the report designer and I've received extremely helpful guidance. Responses to tickets regarding use of the API has also been very helpful as the API documentation isn't ideal for someone without a lot of experience with API queries. > > **Cons**: The reporting system has a very steep learning curve, and it took me months of intermittent use before I was comfortable with it. The report designer's non-functioning undo function is still maybe my greatest complaint with AssetCloud as a whole.
