"Great platform to manage Calibration Program !!"

Comments: Overall experience has been great. It is an extremely powerful tool for a Calibration Management System (CMS).This system can also be used as a CMMS system (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to manage all assets/equipment and schedule the Preventative Maintenance for them

Pros: This is a good software to manage the Calibration Maintenance Program where you can setup all the assets and set ranges and due dates as per your needs. The system is capable to running queries and these quires can be used to develop metrics and reports for the department. It also has a feature to generate a report for each calibration performed on the instruments. You can. The system allows you to create and schedule work orders also has a routing feature for their review and closure.

Cons: Some improvement opportunities for the future. The system is not straightforward and does require intense amount of training. However, with training and refreshers and if one uses the application consistently it becomes a very easy to use and navigate. Also the application can be slow sometimes where the report may take time to pull up.

"BMRAM"

Comments: Everyone I work with at BMQR is top notch. They are timely, polite, professional, and extremely helpful. The phrase, above and beyond barely begins to describe it. There have been routine instances where Nick has had to help our DBAs do their jobs. That level of proficiency is extremely impressive. BMQR is top notch in their customer service focus and in their desire to develop solutions for the future.

"You product is awesome!"

Comments: You manage our calibrations and keep them 100%. You keep us out of trouble on audits. Because our "over 3000 gauges" are always calibrated, you save us quarantines, rework costs, lost Customer costs (opportunity costs), etc. WE thank you!

"Maintenance Management Software"

Comments: Overall good experience of working with sales, post sales, implementation consultants. Software works well for controlling and managing maintenance and calibration management related activities.

"Blue Mountain RAM is used on site for calibrations and maintenance."

Comments: The software has help us maintain proper regulatory compliance.

Pros: Blue Mountain RAM provides the ability to manage PMs (preventive maintenance), work orders and calibrations in a single system. It provides reports on each piece of equipment and provides great tracking with notifications of future work.

Cons: The software takes a little more time to understand which may be the result of greater functionality than that being currently used.

"Non-User Friendly"

Comments: Unless you have plenty of resources to dedicate to this software and lots of cash on hand to get BM to provide training, this software is a bust!

Pros: The software is extremely capable of delivering everything you ever wanted in a web-based software program to enable tracking and management of company assets. Most software features are designed to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and provide a means to track and trend activities throughout an organization.

Cons: The software is very non-user friendly and the security features are ridiculous! The amount of validation and setup for even implementing this software will take months if not a full year to fully implement and train operators. Simplicity is and should not be associated with this software. I have been trying to configure this software for over a month now and the architecture of the software is many layers deep and is very difficult to manipulate what it is that you want the software to do. The manuals are hundreds of pages thick and for the simple minded user; this system will simply not work. The end users of the system will get lost in trying to accomplish the simplest tasks and there are huge issues with the system constantly sending out tons of emails to everyone in the company on a daily/hourly basis. With the amount of emails being generated, this system exasperates the situation and people will simply ignore the requests for approval, etc.

"Helpful"

Pros: It has helped a lot with a fine balance between achieving GMP compliance and maximizing productivity and profitability.
Works well for controlling and managing maintenance and calibration management related activities.

Cons: A bit hard to use for beginners and the manual is quite too long to read, Needs to work on tutorials.

"Great Planning and Scheduling program"

Comments: BMRAM is a very detailed and efficient tool for scheduling and maintaining both calibration and PM of Assets. Follow up and assistance with anything on the program is top notch.

"Blue Mountain RAM"

Comments: I think that RAM is a good program that meets our needs. Most importantly they are willing to listen and add features that makes the program better. Their staff couldn't be any better to work with.

"Good product, very responsive project team"

Comments: We are pleased with the acquisition of Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager. We have been live for about one month with little or no issues. The Blue Mountain support team has been very responsive throughout the project phase as well as now that we are in production.

"Great System for Maintenance Requests"

Pros: Blue Mountain streamlined maintenance requests which were previously in the form of emails. These emails would easily become lost, and were unreliable for tracking purposes.

Cons: I don't find anything I dislike about Blue Mountain.

"Takes a lot of training but can really streamline work orders"

Comments: With proper implementation and integration with different vendors/contractors, this is a powerful tool for tracking work requests across the site. It has helped us to implement better purchasing decisions as well as prioritize maintenance requests better than the previous system of first come, first served. We have also noticed repeat issues with facilities that called for a big fix rather than small patches through this software. It's a little difficult for people to learn at first but afterwards it's great for keeping track of things.

Pros: It helps to organize work orders and have a central station for monitoring what goes on with equipment and facilities. For example, you can see if something is broken quite often, or if the same issue keeps coming up and is not addressed. It makes for better purchasing decisions as well. I like that you can assign priorities to the work orders to see which ones are urgent and which ones are more routine.

Cons: It takes a lot of training for this software, and I've found that implementation is a little difficult initially and lots of people weren't assigning things correctly. I think the fields could have better descriptors so that people actually know what type of information to put in each field. Otherwise the managers have to o through and approve/edit each order to make sure it is assigned properly.

"Very in depth software but not suitable for many applications due to clunky UI"

Comments: Easy way to track and manage our company assets for our group. As well as, attach different reports and deliverables to said assets to allow for easy access from other employees.

Pros: Reviewing and finalizing assets so software is easy. Filtering tools are excellent to sort through massive amounts of software. Notifications about changes to assets

Cons: Clunky UI takes a long time to get someone new up and running on the software because there are so many hoops to jump through just to make minor changes. Limited file upload of 25mb causes us to have issues with reports having to split up reports into many different parts.

Comments: For all my projects that Blue Mountain was involved, the customer service has been excellent.
